TOWER

The tower is an apparatus that is attached to the reformer, but offers a more stable surgace to work from.  Individuals will sit, stand, or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower to build strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance.  Springs and attachments include:

Push through bar

Roll back bar

Arm springs with handles

Foot springs with foot loops

Other props used during a Tower class could be the spine corrector, resistance bands and weights.
